Our families have long been connected to the food businesses, and the daily rhythm of the industry. Living in one of the most restaurant-dense regions in Europe, conversations about suppliers, deliveries, and orders were never far away.

When we started speaking with suppliers and distributors, the same operational reality kept surfacing. The problem was never hidden, everyone in the industry already knew it existed. What surprised us was how normalized it had become.

As we continued speaking with suppliers, our initial ideas evolved several times. Each conversation helped reshape the approach, gradually steering us toward a solution designed around how the industry actually works.
